Giving has never been so easy!  Starting Monday, November 8 through Friday, November 12, residents with curbside service can place gently used or new coats in a paper or clear plastic bag labeled “Coats for Kids” for free pick-up at the curb on their regularly scheduled collection day. Your collection provider will take it from there.

Congresswoman Jackie Speier (CA-14) will open a week-long exhibit, “In America: Remember” to reflect on the San Mateo residents who passed away from COVID-19 on Sunday, November 7, 2021 at 12:00 PM in Leo J. Ryan Park in Foster City. The exhibit is inspired by an installation of more than 690,000 white flags artist Suzanne Firstenberg placed on 20 acres on the National Mall in Washington, DC in September.

SamTrans is a planning and outreach project to redesign the entire SamTrans bus system, including bus routes that service Foster City and the Mid San Mateo County region. SamTrans is interested in hearing your thoughts on how to improve the local and regional bus transportation system.
