The Statewide Special Election is happening Tuesday, November 4, but registered voters may deliver their mail-in ballot at any dropbox, or  you may visit a Vote Center, one of which will be open in Foster City beginning November 1. Foster City is in the process of establishing its first ever Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan, which aims to make it easier and safer to walk, bike and roll across the City. The Bay Area Dragons (BAD) presents the Bay Area Dragon Boat Corporate Novice Race Festival on October 4 in Leo Ryan Park.  It is a tournament-type 250 meter race with 2 qualifier races in the morning and the finals and specialty races after lunch.
