Due to construction of the Foster City Community Center in Leo Ryan Park, the Fourth of July celebration will not feature a fireworks show this year. The pancake breakfast, family and dog parade, and live music will still occur.

The Elements will go the Planning Commission for review on October 2, 2025 and to the City Council for final adoption on November 3, 2025. The agenda, staff report and Final Elements for adoption will be available at least 72 hours prior to each meeting.  Links will be posted here when items are available to the public.
