Join the City Council, Foster City sports community members and others to celebrate the new synthetic athletic playing fields at a ribbon cutting event Thursday, September 5, at 4 p.m. in Edgewater Park. The event will feature remarks from Mayor Patrick Sullivan, Foster City staff, and more as the community comes together to appreciate these new, improved sports fields.  

Water Lantern Festival is filled with fun, happiness, hope, and great memories that you'll cherish for a lifetime. This is a family friendly event that can be shared by everyone. Friends, families, neighbors, and lots of people that you haven't met can come together to create a peaceful, memorable experience.  This event is hosted by One World Lantern Festival, LLC, and is not a City of Foster City sponsored event.

The California Dragon Boat Association (CDBA) will host a Northern California Dragon Boat Festival on October 19-20, 2024 in Leo Ryan Park.  For more information, visit www.cdba.org/.

Family, friends, and neighbors across Foster City are getting ready to come together for the Summer Days festival, happening in Leo Ryan Park this weekend from Friday, August 16, through Sunday, August 18!
