The candidate nomination period for the General Municipal Election to be held in the City of Foster City on Tuesday, November 5, 2024, for three members serving full, four-year terms on the City Council has been extended to Wednesday, August 14, 2024, at 5:00 p.m. Learn more here.

The Foster City Levee was presented with the Merit Award for Development at this year's California Trails and Greenways Conference. Engineers from the Public Works Department and consultants who assisted with the project accepted the award on behalf of the City. We're honored to have received this great acknowledgment!
