The marketplace scheduled for Wednesday, July 3, has been canceled in preparation for our annual Fourth of July Celebration.  Off the Grid will return July 10.

As of Monday evening, crews have completed the repair work necessary to fix the break in the water line that took place along E. Third Avenue in Foster City. Learn more.

Doing any home renovations this summer? Don't know if you need a permit? Attend the Building Permit Workshop with one of our Building Inspectors! 

Participants will learn all about what a building permit is, how to get them, and why they're important. This free hour-long workshop will include a presentation and an opportunity to speak with City staff during a Q&A session. A recording of the workshop will be available online for those unable to attend.

As of Monday evening, crews have completed the repair work necessary to fix the break in the water line that took place along E. Third Avenue in Foster City. As a result, service is restored to normal, water reserve levels will be replenished, irrigation practices can be reintroduced, and there will be no overnight water shutoff necessary. Learn more.
