• GDP Amendment - Amendments to Vintage Park GDP
• Use Permit 
• Use Permit Modification - Amendments to Vintage Park Design Guidelines

Formal applications for the following items:

General Development Plan/Rezoning - Amendment to the Vintage Park GDP to change the subject site from restaurant use to class A life sciences use.

Specific Development Plan/Use Permit - Design review concurrently with the GDP/rezoning

Use Permit Modification - Use permit modification for any proposed amendments to the Vintage Park Design Guidelines

The Final Environmental Impact Report (EIR) includes the Draft EIR and the Response to Comments (RTC).
