On March 11, 2021, by Minute Order No. 1742, the City Council affirmed each of the Value/Priority areas identified in the Strategic Priorities for 2021 and approved initiation of Impact Fee study to establish Development Impact Fees for development projects.

Request for Proposals for Reach Code Consultant Services Inclusive of Developing and Adopting a Local Energy Reach Code and a Performing an Electrical Capacity Study of the City of Foster City

Proposals shall be submitted by qualified consultants that have demonstrated verifiable experience in preparing local Reach Code ordinance, executing project management, and conducting public outreach for similar projects as outlined in the scope of work described in this RFP.

City Council Meeting - November 1, 2021 at 6:30 pm

The City Council of the City of Foster City held a Regular Meeting on November 1, 2021 to conduct a Preliminary Review (PR2021-0002) of a proposal to allow up to 87,000 square feet of Research & Development (R&D) use at the existing 115,629 square-foot office building at Century Plaza.

Planning Commission Regular Meeting - May 5, 2022 at 7:00 pm

On May 5, 2022, the Planning Commission approved the recommendation to the City Council to modify the General Development Plan for 1065 E. Hillsdale Boulevard (RZ2021-0002), and approved the Specific Development Plan/Use Permit for the approximately 5,200 square foot restaurant/retail pavilion (UP2021-0015). It is anticipated that the City Council will consider the General Development plan on June 6, 2022.
