On June 21, 2021, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 2021-89 and authorized the Mayor to enter into an agreement with Economic and Planning Systems, Inc. (EPS).

On April 6, 2021, staff issued an RFP with a due date for proposals/responses by April 26, 2021, and staff received four (4) responses to the RFP.

On April 5, 2021, the City Council authorized staff to issue an RFP for professional services to conduct a Comprehensive Development Impact Fee Study.

On March 11, 2021, by Minute Order No. 1742, the City Council affirmed each of the Value/Priority areas identified in the Strategic Priorities for 2021 and approved initiation of Impact Fee study to establish Development Impact Fees for development projects.
