The City of Foster City hereby gives notice that the Draft Environmental Impact Report (DEIR) for the 388 Vintage Park Drive Project is available for review on the City’s website at: www.fostercity.org/commdev/project/388-vintage-park-drive-ea2021-0001-rz..., as well as at City Hall in the Community Development Department, and at the Foster City Public Library.

The Planning Commission held a Special Meeting/Study Session to accept comments from the public regarding the scope of the Environmental Impact Report (EIR) and to review and discuss redevelopment of vacant El Torito restaurant building into approximately 95,931 square feet of Life Sciences office building located at 388 Vintage Park Drive on Thursday, August 12, 2021 at 7:00 pm.

A Request for Proposal (RFP) for preparation of an Environmental Impact Report (EIR) pursuant to the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) for the update of the Housing and Safety Elements of the General Plan was made available on December 14, 2021
