The Foster City Minimum Wage Ordinance requiring employers that maintain a place of business in the City of Foster City or perform any work/service within the City to pay a minimum wage of no less than $15.75 per hour goes into effect on July 1, 2022. On January 1, 2023, the minimum wage will be $16.50 per hour.
