The City of Foster City is pleased to announce that Stefan Chatwin has been hired as the new City Manager. Following a thorough and extensive search, Mr. Chatwin was identified by the City Council as the preferred candidate to serve as the new City Manager, and his employment agreement was approved Monday, June 20.
