This summer, the City of Foster City’s Recreation Division has an abundance of summer-themed events planned for the community. In continuation of our year-long celebration of Foster City’s 50th birthday, the City has curated both virtual and in-person events, with COVID-19 safety precautions in place, for the community to enjoy.

The June 21, 2021 City Council regular meeting is scheduled to be the first in-person/virtual hybrid public meeting in Foster City. After more than a year of virtual meetings only, the Council Chambers will reopen on June 21 to host hybrid City Council meetings.

The City of Foster City is asking for the community to partner with us in keeping our City streets safe for all users by exercising caution and following safety protocols on Beach Park Boulevard. Please remember that the bike lanes should only be used by cyclists and the sidewalk is reserved for joggers, walkers, strollers and non-motorized scooters.
