Planning Commission Study Session (Pilgrim Triton Phase C) - May 17, 2018

The Planning Commission held a Study Session on May 17, 2018 to review the conceptual site plan for Pilgrim Triton Phase C as revised to include 22 units of workforce housing and 70 for-sale townhouse units on 4.78 acres to replace the existing entitlement of 225,943 sq. ft. of commercial office and 17 townhouse units in the Pilgrim Triton Master Plan Development.  The 4.78 acre site includes 3.66 acres at 551 — 565 Pilgrim Drive and 1.12 acres at 1159 Triton Drive.

Planning Commission Regular Meeting (Pilgrim Triton Phase C) - July 19, 2018

The Planning Commission held a Regular Meeting on July 19, 2018 to consider the applications for Pilgrim Triton Phase C as revised to include 22 units of workforce housing and 70 for-sale townhouse units on 4.78 acres to replace the existing entitlement of 225,943 sq. ft. of commercial office and 17 townhouse units in the Pilgrim Triton Master Plan Development.  The 4.78 acre site includes 3.66 acres at 551-565 Pilgrim Drive and 1.12 acres at 1159 Triton Drive.

City Council Meeting (Pilgrim Triton Phase C) - September 17, 2018

On September 17, 2018 the City Council took the following actions:

1) Adopted a Resolution approving the Addendum to the Pilgrim Triton EIR
2) Introduced an Ordinance approving an Amendment to the General Development Plan to allow 70 townhouses and 22 workforce housing apartments
3) Introduced an Ordinance approving a Modification of the Pilgrim Triton Master Development Agreement
4) Introduced an Ordinance approving a Project Specific Development Agreement for Pilgrim Triton Phase C

Planning Commission Study Session (Pilgrim Triton Phase C) - December 20, 2018

The Planning Commission held a Study Session on December 20, 2018 to review the Architectural and landscape plans and the Tentative Map to subdivide the property for Pilgrim Triton Phase C to include 22 units of workforce housing and 70 for-sale townhouse-style condominium units. The Development site consists of 4.78 acres at 551-565 Pilgrim Drive and 1159 Triton Drive. The Development site will consist of 5.05 acres after vacation of the Triton Drive right-of-way and a lot line adjustment — UP2018-0056, RS2018-0001.

Study Session (Lincoln Centre Life Sciences Research Campus) - September 18, 2014

The Foster City Planning Commission held a Study Session on September 18, 2014 to review the proposed redevelopment of a 19 acre portion of the Lincoln Center Campus for a ± 595,000 square feet biomedical research campus — BMR Lincoln Center LP — 200-850 Lincoln Center Drive — Neighborhood L — APNs: 094-532-170; 180; 190; 200; 250 — RZ-14-002 and EA-14-007

Public Scoping Session (Lincoln Centre Life Sciences Research Campus) - October 1, 2014

The purpose of the Public Scoping Session was to introduce the project and to accept comments from the public on the scope of the environmental impact report that will be prepared for the project. Comments on the scope should focus on the potential effects the project might have on the environment — the physical conditions including land, air, water, minerals, flora, fauna, noise and objects of historic or aesthetic significance.

Study Session (Lincoln Centre Life Sciences Research Campus) - November 6, 2014

The Foster City Planning Commission held a Study Session and a Public Scoping Session on Thursday, November 6, 2014.

The purpose of the Study Session was to review the revised proposal including site layout, building heights, setbacks and building siting for the proposed redevelopment of a ± 20-acre portion of the Lincoln Centre campus for a ± 595,000 square feet of life sciences research and office use — BMR Lincoln Centre LP – 200-850 Lincoln Centre Drive — Neighborhood L — APNs: 094-532-170; 180; 190; 200; 250 — GP-14-002; RZ-14-002 & EA-14-007.
