All Tobacco Retailers in Foster City must obtain and maintain a valid Tobacco Retailer Permit for each retail location and ensure the permit is renewed annually before expiration.
“Tobacco product” means a tobacco product as defined in Section 104495(a)(8) of the California Health and Safety Code, as that provision may be amended from time to time.
