GLADUR Pre-Reviewed Plans

The City of Foster City has partnered with the Housing Endowment and Regional Trust (HEART) to encourage the construction of detached Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) by offering a selection of pre-reviewed building plans for use on properties with single-family or multi-family or school or religious institutions.

Request for Proposal for Rental Registry Services

The City of Foster City is implementing a comprehensive Rental Registry for most rental units, both market rate and below market rate. The City has approximately 5,500 rental units. The registry aims to improve the information available to landlords, tenants, and decision-makers.
