Reports can be filed at the Front Counter of the FCPD 24 hrs a day / 7 days a week.

We currently DO NOT have online reporting.

3. How to obtain a copy of a police report?

How much does it cost for a copy of a report? - $4.52 - $6.28.
Forms of payment? - We accept Cash or Check only.
How long does it take? - After request, it may take up to 10-days; Requests can be made via email to PDrecords@fostercity.org, telephone, or in person. Please provide the case number, your name and contact information.

Please contact the FCPD Property Officer at (650) 286-3312 or email PDproperty@fostercity.org to make arrangements and schedule appointments. Walk-in requests are generally not accepted.
