The concession agreement will grant the exclusive right to a single vendor to use the Baywinds Park premises for Kiteboard Lessons, Retail, Rental and Demonstrations for the general public from December 1, 2019 through December 31, 2021 with optional extensions through December 31, 2023.

The concession agreement grants exclusive right to use the Snack Shack premises at Sea Cloud Park for snack sales to the general public during the contract term. The proposed contract period shall be from January 1, 2020 through December 31, 2021 with optional extensions through December 31, 2023.  Each proposer must submit two (2) copies of the completed Proposer Response Form. Proposers may optionally submit an additional cover letter of up to one page with supplementary information relevant to their proposal.

The Foster City Parks and Recreation Department is proud to offer the Annual Family Overnighter at Sea Cloud Park! We are delighted to offer your family a night under the stars! A burger and hot dog BBQ, S'mores, , movie in the park, and breakfast are all included. Each family should bring a tent to sleep in, sleeping bags, flashlights, and warm clothes. All children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.

The City of Foster City has finalized plans, specifications, and bid documents. Plans, specifications, and bid documents will be sent out for bid October 18, 2017. Bid opening will be at 2:00pm at City Hall, 610 Foster City Blvd. Foster City, Ca 94404 on November 9, 2017. A link to plans and specification may be found here.
