Dear Water Customers, 

Do you want to see how you are doing with your conservation efforts? Do you want to compare last years, last months, or last weeks usage? The Water Consumption Customer Portal can help you understand, modify, and improve your water consumption! The portal gives you, the account holder, access "near real time" information about your water usage online. This powerful tool can be used to help you conserve water and save money. In addition to "on demand" inquiries, you will be able to set daily, weekly, and monthly alerts regarding your water usage.  

Register and log in to the Customer Portal website to see your usage and manage your water conservation efforts day to day! To create your access to the Water Consumption Customer Portal, visit the following link:

  •  Click "Need to set up an account?"
  •  Enter your email address and click "Get Started". 
  •  Check your email for the invitation and click on the link provided. The registration form will be displayed.
  • Note the account number entry instructions,  the second set of numbers of your account are to be entered first.
  •  Enter the remainder of the information, create a password that you will remember, and click "Submit"

On this portal, you will be able to customize some of the features, for example, the unit of measure you would like displayed.  You can choose CF, CCF, or gallons.  It is important to know that one (1) CF is approximately 7.48 gallons. When you receive your bill, the unit reported is centum cubic feet or 100 cubic feet (CCF). One (1) CCF is approximately 748 gallons. 

You can also customize alerts, add multiple accounts and additional notification recipients. You can even see the local weather and rainfall!
