Landscape Water Use Audit
Is your outdoor irrigation system as efficient as it could be? Do you know how much water those azaleas or rose bushes really need? The Estero Municipal Improvement District has a resident expert in residential irrigation who can meet you at your home, inspect your outdoor irrigation systems, and develop detailed recommendations on how you may be able to conserve on the amount of water you use on your landscaping. And your cost? Absolutely nothing! IT'S FREE! However, there are a limited number of audits we can provide each year, so act now!
Eligibility
To qualify for a free Landscape Water Use Audit, you must meet the following criteria:
- Residential Customers (single-family, multi-family with individual responsibility for watering landscaping) – you must have used more than 240 ccf of water over the past 12 months.
- Irrigation Customers – your Landscape Water Use Report must show that you have used over 25% of your water budget over the past 12 months.
