The Foster City Municipal Code and the Estero Municipal Improvement District (EMID) Code are a compilation of Foster City's and EMID's applicable ordinances (rules, regulations or standards). They are the City and District's primary codes. Secondary codes include any other codes adopted by reference, e.g., building, fire safety and electrical codes.
