BIO

On November 8, 2022, Stacy Jimenez was elected to serve a four year term on the City Council.

Stacy is a 20 year resident of Foster City and ran on a platform focused on building a civil and transparent city council that prioritizes community engagement.  She believes in a moderate and comprehensive view when it comes to housing, is passionate about saving Foster City’s green spaces, and is focused on creating a sustainable and healthy environment for our small businesses.

As a long time resident, Stacy has had an opportunity to be involved in many aspects of civic life, having served in many capacities in several community organizations including the League of Women Voters, the American Legion Auxiliary, Foster City Toastmasters, AYSO, FCLL, and Foster City Elementary PTA, among others.  She is a former vice-chair of the Parks and Recreations Citizens Advisory Community, and has served on the board of the San Mateo High School Music Boosters.

Stacy is a graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles, with a degree in Political Science and holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of San Francisco. She is an attorney and real estate investment manager.  She and her husband Thaddeus are proud parents to three daughters.
