New Objective Design and Development Standards (ODDS) Take Effect on February 19

ODDS February 19 Update

Foster City has adopted new Objective Design and Development Standards (ODDS) for single- and two-family homes to make the permitting process clearer. Applications submitted before February 19 will be reviewed under the current municipal code and policies, while applications submitted on or after February 19 must comply with the new standards.
