Foster City is excited to announce publication of the 2025 Community Annual Report and State of the City video featuring Mayor Stacy Jimenez. These two complementary documents showcase the myriad successes, advancements and achievements shared throughout the community over the past year. The Community Annual Report offers a detailed retrospective of the last year in Foster City, thoughtfully designed to pair bright, compelling, and beautiful images with immersive data, metrics, and statistics. The report also highlights milestones such as development of the new Community Center and opening of the Wastewater Treatment Plant, while celebrating and showcasing the many dedicated Foster City staff members who work so diligently to serve this wonderful community.

And the State of the City video features Mayor Jimenez recounting the key moments that defined the past year and inspiring the community with a glimpse of the City’s promising future. This video series serves as an annual platform for the Mayor to reflect on their term over the past year and share more information about the moments and achievements that made them most proud.
