Foster City Phone and Email Service Update

The City of Foster City has restored phone and email connectivity and is working to reinstate access to our virtual public services. Emergency services, including 911 operations, have remained fully functional throughout this incident. City Hall remains open to the public during normal business hours, but limited services are available.
