Description

The project includes mixed commercial uses including up to 200 for-sale housing units, 66 affordable housing units, and 150 assisted-living units, 30,000+ square feet of commercial space, and public open space.

Mid-Pen Housing completed 66 units of affordable senior apartments in December 2016.

Atria completed 131 assisted and independent living units and 24 skilled nursing beds in November 2016. Find out more about Atria Foster City.

Lennar Homes, the builder of for-sale condominiums, has completed the final phase of the 200 condominiums in 2020. Find more information on Lennar Foster City.
