THE FISCAL YEAR 2023-2024 NON-PROFIT FUNDING APPLICATION OPENS JUNE 9, 2023

The City Council will accept proposals for non-profit funding in Fiscal Year 2023-2024 from June 9 until July 10, 2023. Please be aware that the City Council has not yet decided on funding for any non-profit agencies.

A fillable PDF is available here or below under Supporting Documents. Please review the updated Non-Profit Grant Program Guidelines, which have been updated for this fiscal year and can also be found below under 'Supporting Documents.'

Applicants are invited to appear during the Public Comment period at the following Regular City Council meetings:

July 17, Monday @ 6:30 p.m.
August 7, Monday @ 6:30 p.m.
August 21, Monday @ 6:30 p.m.

Applicants will be given three minutes to briefly provide an overview of their organization and how funding would benefit the Foster City community. Please fill out a yellow speaker slip and provide that to our City Clerk when you arrive for one of the above City Council Meetings. If you are joining remotely or via phone, please raise your hand on Zoom or dial *9 to raise your hand. Agendas for upcoming meetings can be found here: Agendas and Minutes | Foster City California. Public Comment will be the fifth (5) item on the City Council Agenda (see below). The zoom link for a meeting can be found at the top of the latest agenda.

City Staff will review the proposals, and City Council will make funding-level recommendations that will be presented for consideration at a future City Council meeting. Agencies selected for funding will be notified in writing of the City Council's approval and funding amount and will be asked to submit an invoice to the City to receive the funds.
