Street Rehabilitation Project (2025-2026) CIP301-726

CIP 301-726 will consist of roadway work including dig outs and grind and overlay on Foster City Blvd. from E. Hillsdale Blvd. to Marlin Ave, and a portion of Altair Avenue near E. Hillsdale Blvd. The street rehabilitation scope on Foster City Blvd. from Marlin Ave to Beach Park Blvd. is included in the project as a bid alternate and will be awarded if bid results are favorable. The Street Rehabilitation Project will help to maintain and increase the City’s overall Pavement Condition Index (PCI). The PCI is a numerical index used to indicate the general condition of a pavement.  Award of the project is expected in March 2026 with construction starting in the summer of 2026.
