Sanitary Sewer Lift Station Improvements – Phase 6 (CIP 455-719)

CIP 455-719 involves performing major and minor improvements to sanitary sewer lift stations 6, 9, 11, 13, 22, 29, 42, and 43. The lift stations identified for this project were selected and prioritized based on the Wastewater Master Plan completed in 2021, and feedback from Maintenance staff based on the severity of existing conditions. The improvements include rehabilitating wet wells, re-coating interior wet well walls, replacing valves and pumps, installing stainless steel pump guide-rails, installing bypass connections vaults, replacing electrical control panels and cables, and replacing hatches and manhole lids.

Design is anticipated to begin in December 2025.
