Parking Information
This event historically turns out a large crowd for the full day of activities and events. The community is encouraged to walk, bike, and carpool to the Fourth of July Celebration. There will be no shuttle service for this event.
Parking at Parkside Towers Parking Garage or Century Lot: Parkside Towers Parking Garage is located on the corner of E. Hillsdale Blvd. and Shell Blvd. Please see the map above. Garage closes at 6pm. Additional event parking can be found at the Century Lot which is located at 1065 E. Hillsdale Blvd (across the street from Fire Station). Event parking is free this year.
Accessible parking will be located in the Library Community Center lot as well as the City Hall lot. Parking will NOT be available on Shell Boulevard. There is no event parking in The Marketplace (Safeway/CVS) parking lot and a 2-hour time limit for shoppers will be enforced.
Street Closures: As usual, Shell Blvd closes on July 4th from 7am until 8pm for the day-long festivities.
Driving Directions:
From US-101: Take 101 to 92 East towards Hayward.Then follow directions from CA-92 (below).
From CA-92: Take the Foster City Blvd. exit and turn left onto Metro Center Blvd. Turn right onto Foster City Blvd. and head south to East Hillsdale Blvd. Make a right onto East Hillsdale Blvd and go straight until you see the sign directing you in to the Parkside Towers Parking Garage.
