Tennis Courts

**Online Reservation System for Leo Ryan Tennis Courts will be discontinued effective September 1 **

August 31st will be the last day reservations will be observed.
Beginning September 1st, Foster City Tennis Courts at Leo Ryan Park will return to drop in only. 
Courts will be reserved for City Lessons provided by Whitlinger/Sarfield. 
Reservations in or after September 1, will be cancelled.

General Court Rules:

  • City Lessons at Shell Courts will be held on Courts 3 & 4 by Whitlinger Sarsfield Instructors. City Lessons at Edgewater will be held on Court 5 by Zalles Racquet Sports Instructors.
  • Singles and Doubles Play is ok - play at your own risk. 
  • While waiting for courts, please stand 6 feet from entrance and exit gates.  Allow plenty of space for exiting players to keep social distance.
  • Non-tennis activities on courts are prohibited.
  • Do not play if you are exhibiting any illness symptoms or have been in contact with someone with COVID-19 throughout the last 14 days.
  • Six ball max, except for City Lessons.  Please bring two unopened tennis ball cans if both players are serving.
  • Players pick up only their tennis balls.  City instructor will pick up all balls hit by their students except for the service tennis balls supplied from the student.
  • Return loose tennis balls from other courts by rolling the tennis ball with your racket to the appropriate court.

Shell Tennis Courts info:

  • Lessons will be available on court #3 and #4 from 1pm to 9pm, Monday through Friday.  Instructor may offer weekend Private Lessons. 
    Approved Instructors: Whitlinger/Sarsfield

Edgewater Courts info:

  • Available  8am to 8pm daily
  • Court 5 will be used by Zalles Racquet Sports for Private and Semi Private Tennis Lessons.

Catamaran Courts info:

  • Available  8am to 8pm daily.

Boothbay Courts:

  • Available  8am to 8pm daily. 
    Approved Instructor Zalles Racquet Sports for Private and Semi Private Tennis Lessons.

*When courts are not being used for lessons, they are open for public use.
