Are you looking to save water and save money? The Foster City Estero Municipal Improvement District (EMID) can help! If you are an EMID water customer, there are rebates, information, and education available to help you reduce your water use. Rebates are granted in order of the date of the Notice to Proceed and funding is limited.  Please check with the city on availability of the program.
