Planning Commission Meeting (The Triton) - July 18, 2013

The Planning Commission held a Study Session on July 18, 2013 to review and discuss the specific development plan/Use Permit application for The Waverly, a mixed-use development for the approximately 6.3 acre site now occupied by 1159 — 1166 Triton Drive; Assessor's parcel no. 094-010-570.

The purpose of the Study Session was to allow the Planning Commission to discuss the project proposal including proposed uses, site design, architecture and landscape architecture and hear comments from the public focused on the project application.

The proposed development includes 220 multi-family units and 5,000 sq. ft. retail in one building on 3.5 acres and 20 townhouse units on 1.6 acres.
