Holiday Tree Lighting Ceremony Returns to Foster City

Celebrate this holiday season at Foster City’s annual Holiday Tree Lighting Ceremony at 5:30pm on Wednesday, December 14th, on the Lagoon Room patio of the Recreation Center at 650 Shell Blvd.

The evening will start with a viewing of “Frosty the Snowman” and light refreshments to get everyone in the holiday spirit. Following will be a countdown to light the holiday tree. Craft activities will be available for children while waiting for that “Special Visitor” in a red suit to arrive.  Admission is free. 

In the spirit of giving, please bring a canned good or non-perishable item that will be donated to a local charity.  This event is co-sponsored by Foster City Parks and Recreation Department and the Rotary Club of Foster City.
