The City of Foster City is in the process of updating its Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Self-evaluation and Transition Plan. As part of this process, the City is asking for the community’s input by completing a survey which addresses accessibility of facilities, programs, services, activities, and events offered to the public.

The purpose of this survey is to gather information on how City of Foster City programs, services, activities or events are, or are not, accessible to persons with disabilities. The survey can be found at www.fostercity.org/adasurvey.

The feedback will assist in addressing and prioritizing current and future accessibility needs. These comments and opinions are important to the City and will provide valuable information regarding how the City can better serve persons with disabilities.

Hard copy surveys for the public and for organizations are available at City Hall, 610 Foster City Boulevard. Questions and comments can be addressed to the City of Foster City’s ADA/504 Coordinator and Administrative Services Director Julie Paping at jpaping@fostercity.org, made by phone to (650) 286-3276 or TTY through California Relay at 7-1-1.
