Request for Proposals for Development of a Cross Connection Control Program Plan (CCCPP).

The Estero Municipal Improvement District (EMID) is requesting proposals to provide professional services as described herein for the development of a Cross Connection Control Program Plan (CCCPP). Proposers must respond to the scope of services in this request for proposal and may also recommend any changes to the scope of work as proposal alternates based on their prior experience with projects of this type.
