Foster City invites organizations and providers experienced cafe vendor operations to express interest in operating a cafe at the new Foster City Community Center. Respondents should provide qualifications, a proposed program approach, and a preliminary financial plan consistent with this RFI. The full RFI packet is available at the bottom of this page.

Questions & Addenda: To ensure all respondents receive the same information, questions about this RFI must be submitted by March 2, 2026. Responses will be compiled and posted as an addendum on this page on March 4, 2026. The City will not provide individual responses to questions. Respondents are responsible for reviewing all addenda prior to submitting their response.
