THE FISCAL YEAR 2025-2026 NONPROFIT FUNDING APPLICATION PERIOD OPENS JUNE 2, 2025


The City Council will accept applications for nonprofit funding in Fiscal Year 2025-2026 from June 2 until July 2, 2025. Please be aware that the City Council has not yet decided on funding for any nonprofit agencies.

After the application deadline, applicants will be invited to appear during a City Council Special Meeting, and will be given three minutes to briefly provide an overview of their organization and how funding would benefit the Foster City community. Please fill out a yellow speaker slip and provide that to our City Clerk when you arrive for the City Council Special Meeting. City staff will review the applications, and City Council will make funding-level recommendations that will be presented for consideration at a future City Council meeting. Agencies selected for funding will be notified in writing of the City Council's approval and funding amount and will be asked to submit an invoice and W-9 documentation to the City to receive the funds.
