Join Us for the 2025 Halloween Festival!
Get ready for a spooktacular time at this year’s Halloween Festival, happening on Saturday, October 25 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM! Enjoy a fun-filled day with games, entertainment, and trick-or-treating for kids ages 2–12.
Registration opens October 1 – preregistration is required; no walk-ups will be accepted.
Ticket Options:
Entrance Only (No Trick-or-Treating): $5 Resident / $7 Non-Resident
Entrance + Trick-or-Treating (Ages 2–12): $10 Resident / $12 Non-Resident
Please note, children under the age of 10 with a Trick-or-Treat ticket must be accompanied by an adult who has a valid Entrance ticket.

Day of Schedule
11:00 AM – 1:00 PM: Trick-or-Treating (Ages 2–12)
12:45 PM: Costume Contest Entry Closes
1:00 PM – 1:30 PM: Costume Contest & Kids' Fashion Show
1:30 PM – 2:00 PM: Spooky Magic Show

Trick - or - Treat
Trick-or-Treat Trail Information
Trick-or-treating stations will be open from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM during the Halloween Festival.
Local businesses and community organizations will host festive booths and hand out treats along the trail. All candy will be pre-packaged and distributed from sealed bags, which will only be opened at the start of the event to ensure safety and freshness.
Please Note:
- Pre-registration is required for all participants.
- Each child may walk through the trick-or-treat trail one time only.
- Children under the age of 10 with a Trick-or-Treat ticket must be accompanied by an adult who has a valid Entrance ticket.

Costume Contest
Our annual costume contest returns! All festival attendees who would like to participate in our costume contest may register on site prior to 12:45pm. The costume contest is for registered attendees only, no extra fee to sign up.
Costume Contest categories: Best Individual, Best Group, Most Creative & Best Pet Costume! Festival attendees can bring their pets dressed in costume.
At 1:00pm, a short fashion show will be run so costume contest judges may see all entrants. Winners will be announced shortly after the fashion show. Winners of all contest categories will also be highlighted on Foster City Recreation's social media pages. Participants must be present to win.
