The City of Foster City is pleased to announce the release of the Community Annual Report and State of the City Address for Fiscal Year 2016-2017.

The report reflects on the service efforts and accomplishments of the City of Foster City for the past fiscal year. Each year, the Community Annual Report serves as an essential tool to further the City's goal of transparency in local government. I am proud to serve as the Mayor of Foster City, as well as a member of the Foster City community."
