2005 Urban Water Management Plan

The California Urban Water Planning Act (Act) requires most water utilities to update and submit an Urban Water Management Plan (UWMP) every five years. This document presents the 2005 Estero Municipal Improvement District (EMID) UWMP. The Plan builds upon previous documents, specifically Estero Municipal Improvement District 2000 UWMP.
