Friends of Foster City Scholarship Fund
The Foster City Parks and Recreation Department is committed to providing beautiful parks and quality recreation programs for Foster City Residents. We believe the benefits gained through these services enhance one’s quality of life and community. In an effort to enable all Foster City residents to enjoy the benefits of Parks and Recreation, a scholarship program has been created to assist families experiencing financial difficulties. 

The Friends of Parks and Recreation is a non-profit organization designed to help support the Foster City Parks and Recreation Department.  Friends of Parks and Recreation   provides financial assistance for a variety of programs offered through the Parks and Recreation Department.

Summer Concert Series
The Foster City Summer Concert Series has become Foster City's most popular community event! Through partnerships with local businesses and community members, the Summer Concert Series has introduced thousands of our community members to a diverse offering of music and cultural events. We are inviting community members to join us in the collaborative effort this year by becoming a fan!

4th of July Celebration
Americans honor our nation’s independence by gathering with family and friends to participate in community celebrations featuring music, community leaders, parades and of course, a spectacular fireworks show! Foster City is committed to preserving this American tradition and is one of the few cities on the San Francisco Peninsula that continues to host a 4th of July Celebration.
