Do you have building plans for my house?
If your house was built prior to 1972 (when Foster City was incorporated) it is unlikely that plans will be on file; housing plans were not retained while Foster City remained under San Mateo County's jurisdiction.

The List of Approved Roofing Materials and Colors for use in Foster City has been updated. Due to the fact that many manufacturers have changed the warranties provided on their materials, the list have been updated to refer to the thickness of the material.
