The Library and Community Center, houses the Foster City Library on the bottom floor.

The Community Center is located on the top floor and is operated by the Parks & Recreation Department. The facility features a large multi-purpose room suitable for small wedding receptions, parties, corporate meetings, trainings and community events. In addition, there are two medium sized rooms that are great for meetings and trainings. This facility does not feature a kitchen, so all food must be brought in by a caterer.
