FAQ - Traffic Signal Problems

Question: How do I report non-emergency traffic signal problems?

Answer: Contact the Traffic Engineer weekdays between 8 AM and 5 PM. If called after hours you will receive a pre-recorded message with general instructions and emergency information. You should provide your name, address, telephone number, and location of traffic signal and as much detailed information of problem as possible. If you would like to contact the non-emergency police for immediate action, call 650 286-3345.
