FAQ - Payment of Water and Sewer Bills

Question: I have questions regarding my water and sewer utility bill.

Answer: Utility bills are mailed every 60 days and are due within 30 days of the billing date. Bills may be paid by mail, by telephone, or in person. All cash payments must be paid at City Hall. We accept Visa & MasterCard for payment. Payments for returned checks and reconnection of services can be made at City Hall. We are open weekdays between 8 AM and 5 PM. The location is 610 Foster City Blvd. A drop box for payments is located by the front door of City Hall. For your protection, do not place cash in the drop box.
