FAQ - Police Reports

Question: How do you obtain a police report?

Answer: The Foster City Police Department maintains non-injury accident reports for two years. Copies may be obtained by visiting the Police Station at 1030 East Hillsdale Blvd and completing a request form. The fee is $10 for the first five pages and $1 per page thereafter. For a copy of an offense report or a local police record check you must report in person to the Police Station, present a picture ID and complete a request form. Fees for a police record check are $10. For further information call 286-3300 or e-mail us at Police@fostercity.org.
