FAQ - Refund Policy

Question: Can I get a refund for a recreation class? How?

Answer: In some cases, yes. You may receive a full refund (minus $5 administrative fee) if you request the refund before the class(es) start. You may receive a pro-rated refund if you request a refund before the START of the THIRD class. There will be no refunds after the start of the THIRD class. Some classes/programs do not apply. You may come in to or call the Recreation Center. Make sure a "Request for Refund" Form is filled out. See the inside backcover of the Leisure Update for more detailed information.
