Question: What is the Civic Center Master Plan and how does it relate to the Government Center?

Answer: The Civic Center Master Plan guides the development of 36 acres of City property bounded by Foster City, East Hillsdale and Shell Boulevards and Foster’s Landing as a pedestrian-oriented civic campus with visual connections to Leo Ryan Park and Parkside Towers across the streets surrounding it. The Peninsula Jewish Community Center (PJCC) and the parcel of land designated for educational use are integral components of the plan and will lease land in the project.
