New Citizen Issue-Reporting Tool in Foster City

The City of Foster City proudly announces the launch of "Foster City Access," a new way for residents or visitors to Foster City to report quality of life concerns.

Anyone can use Foster City Access to report issues to the City, such as potholes and streetlight outages, quickly and easily from their mobile devices and computers. These issues are automatically routed and assigned for resolution. In this way, Foster City Access connects citizen concerns directly with the City staff who are out in the field, working to make Foster City a better place to live work, and play.

The platform is powered by SeeClickFix — the world's largest provider of mobile request management applications. SeeClickFix has helped hundreds of cities and counties throughout the country to improve the quality and efficiency of service by deploying citizen reporting apps that route problems directly to City staff.

The app also offers easy access to City news and events, Parks and Recreation information, Foster City Forum, City Council Agendas and much more.
